Creamy Goat Cheese Dip
Mild, creamy dip with a hint of goat cheese tang. Perfect for crudite or chips, as a spread on sandwiches or to dollop on veggies.
1/2 cup creme fraiche
3 Tablespoons goat cheese
3 Tablespoons half-n-half or heavy cream
2 Tablespoons thinly sliced chives
Optional: cayenne pepper (if not listed as an ingredient in your curry powder
1. Combine the creme fraiche, goat cheese and cream in a medium bowl, using a spoon or rubber spatula to blend well. Stir in the chives.
Serve with Curried Beet Chips or any other veggies or chips.
