I created this blend to evoke the flavors I grew up with in Tempe, Arizona. In a region that spans northern Mexico and roughly half of Arizona, the Sonoran Desert is filled with the flavors of Mexican and Mexican-American cuisines.
Made in small batches with freshly-ground, organic ingredients, Sonoran Blend Southwestern Seasoning features a deeply aromatic mix of smoky chipotle, earthy cumin, rich guajillo chiles and Mexican oregano. It delivers complex heat that warms without overwhelming, letting the quality of your ingredients shine.
Use this as your go-to taco seasoning, or as a rub for chicken or brisket. Sprinkle it on veggies, toss it into your eggs or stir it into soup.
Ingredients: Organic chipotle chiles, guajillo chiles, organic cumin, freshly-ground coriander, freshly-ground Mexican oregano, organic granulated garlic, kosher salt, spices.
