It's FINALLY spring. Today, in particular is a nice warm day, sunny and full of life. Of course, tomorrow will be cold and rainy, because that's the deal with spring.  

I created this new recipe for exactly this season - early spring. It's got spring ingredients like asparagus, spring onions and herbs, in a warm vinaigrette made right in the pan from bacon fat, olive oil champagne vinegar and preserved lemons. Super tasty, and exactly what you want to eat right now.
