We’re currently looking for friendly, outgoing people to run our ice pop stands at local farmers markets and events in the Montclair, NJ area this summer. It’s a very independent position, pays well, and it’s fun!

First things first…

Our ice pops are called Spice Pops, because they’re deliciously different!

You’ll be selling Spice Pops, our original, all-natural frozen sweet ice pops, in funky and fun flavors created by our founder, Lynley. They’re handmade in small batches right here in Montclair, NJ. Customers love them ❤️ and they’ll be lining up to buy them from you!


Here’s what you’ll do in this role:

You’ll be running our Spice Pop sales stand on your own from beginning to end for each market or event.

Here’s how it works:

1) Load up at HQ in Montclair Center

2) Travel to the event (your car or Spicecycle cart)

3) Set up, take pics, sell pops

4) Wrap up and return to HQ.

What you’ll earn:

  • $125 for each event (about 6 hours)

  • Plus bonuses for exceeding sales targets

  • Training paid at $16.50/hour

Plus perks:

  • Free Spice Pop each workday

  • One free Adventure Kitchen product weekly

  • 40% employee discount

Schedule:

April-October, weekend (Saturday and Sunday) availability required. Rain or shine, except extreme weather.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing, reliable, team-oriented people from a variety of backgrounds who are physically able to carry coolers up and down stairs and stand during 6-hour shifts.

What to expect:

  • Wear a clean, plain black top (no logos or writing)

  • Background check

  • Phone with hotspot, kept on Do Not Disturb during shifts

  • Expect to be on your feet all day

5) Start earning $125 per event once fully trained (with bonus opportunities based on sales goals)
