No! In fact, my own home kitchen is very (shall we say) 1980s-esque. You do not need a fancy kitchen or expensive equipment to cook well.
In the Welcome Module I’ll walk you through the few tools and pieces of equipment that will be helpful to have, and why. But you can get started with what you have right now, and add more later as you’re ready.
