A blend of hibiscus flowers, cinnamon sticks, allspice, star anise and cloves. Steep in warm apple cider for a Latin/Caribbean twist on the classic mulled cider. Locally made by us in small batches.
This blend of mulling spices has a Latin/Caribbean twist with the addition of hibiscus flowers. Toss these spices into your pot of cider, warm to piping hot, then let steep for about 30-45 minutes. Add ginger to the pot if desired for another dimension. Strain, serve and enjoy a tasty hot drink.
Ingredients: hibiscus flowers, cassia bark, allspice berries, star anise, whole cloves.
