This class is for adults and older children (6th grade and up).
Monday evenings, 6:00-8:00pm, November 2, 9, 16 and 23.
Learn to make traditional Thanksgiving dishes with flavor that goes way beyond the ordinary.
Includes recipes for roast turkey, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce and pie, each made from scratch using all-natural ingredients and bursting with flavor to leave your guests begging for more.

STUDENTS WILL LEARN:
Week 1 - Grand Roast Turkey / brining for flavor, to stuff or not to stuff, how to carve
Week 2 - Groovy Gravy, Homemade Stovetop Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce To Die For
Week 3 - Soups and Sides
Week 4 - It's Pie Time! / Making pate brisee (pie crust pastry) and autumnal pies (including pumpkin)
